Entertainment Brewery - Film, TV and Radio
We presume that all submissions have been previously registered with the Writers'
Guild in your country. If you are not familiar with common industry contracts
such as option and purchase agreements, Guilds are the best resource for you.
How to submit a project to Entertainment Brewery for our slate:
Agent/Lawyer Submissions
Your agent or lawyer can submit your project to us electronically. The accompanying
email should detail the history of the project to date. Has the material
been sent out to producers, previously optioned, or does it have talent
attachments? If the script cannot be read by Final Draft or MS Word, send
it to us by
snail
mail.
Personal Submissions
To submit your work to us in person, send us a one sentence logline of your
plot. The accompanying email should detail the format, genre and history
of the project to date. Has the material been sent out to producers, previously
optioned, or does it have talent attachments?
Response
Entertainment Brewery will respond to all submissions received electronically,
within a two week period. If we want to read a personal submission, we will
let you know in our response. If the screenplay cannot be read by Final Draft
or MS Word, send it to us by snail mail.
Standard Agreement
Before Entertainment Brewery reads any script submitted for our slate, we will
email you a standard agreement, which must be signed and returned. This agreement
is to protect our company from future litigation, so you are free not to
sign. However this will mean we will not read your material. Please note
we are not under any obligation to option your script because we read it.
